Subject:	Hong Kong Fuel Surcharge

Dear Dynasty Customers,
 
The Board of Airline Representatives in Hong Kong has announced an increase in the 
latest fuel index levels.  As a direct result the fuel surcharge will increase to  $.44/lb for 
all shipments departing Hong Kong on or after September 15, 2011.  The war risk 
surcharge will remain at the same level of $.06/lb until further notice.
